Comet deliverers broke my tiles!?

Hello, I live in an apartment block, an upstairs neighbor had a new washing machine delivered and the old removed. I saw the old Comet has the apparatus along our communal hallway is tiled. They have scoured the ground and some steps have also chip upper edge of the floor tiles! No apology at all and I thought was just a joke and accidents happen! I was not impressed with his attitude and complain to the company. He seemed careless and tough. Question? Will I be wasting my time complaining about the company, which must surely pay for fixing the damage? We have evidence from CCTV and witnesses. Thanks for the comments and support. Were negligent and unhelpful. They should have been more professional. I will give my tests and get a copy of the CCTV images. The damage is bad and dangerous (sharp knife, such as borders). Yes get an estimate and ask them to pay and if not then Sue 'em. On the one hand they should have had a cart or something to cart machine and the second round should have been enough to have professional and retires with a zero. I have all damages fixed by them.
