Help to clean floors ..?

I have tile throughout the house. The only problem is cleanliness. Once a month I have in my hands and knees cleaning floors. But I want to clean the rest of the month without to spend hours cleaning it. I tried it with a mop, but the tile is white color (blue) and you can see stripes everywhere. Is there a cleaner good that I can use to help with the problem of Lil? Does vinegar help all that?
