Does anyone know of suppliers for picture frames / home decor / scrapbooking items?

I want to know how to get catalogs for a business I'm waiting to open and to have some sort of white material in home furnishing stock for it. I have tried sites Dick Blick website and such, but I'm looking for the most vendors who sell in the discount rate / bulk. Examples would be, like frames, pottery, tablecloths individual photo albums, shadow boxes, craft and scrapbooking things ... I would prefer if it naked (without any of them) as my company is trying to customize these elements. Any ideas anyone?
