These solvents can etch natural stones, especially polished stones like marble and onyx, which are by nature more delicate. It is also recommended to periodically seal all stone, particularly when installed in wet areas. Other large surfaces, such as flooring, are often best cared for by a licensed maintenance company to protect your natural stone.
