Bathroom Tile Backsplash

How I can levy in a bathroom tile job? 137sq feet?

I will tile the shower / bath surround (78sq ft) from the bath to the ceiling with 9 "x13" tiles. including a half stone of small accent brick road above. I am the tiled floor 47sq feet with 13 "x13" tiles and have to cut around the vanity, two of the walls are not square. I have to tile a backsplash 12sq feet. 4 "x 4" accent tiles plus a tile gravel. Job preparation includes leveling the concrete floor leveling and applying a rolling pin on a waterproof membrane to the shower. I'm also going to apply the grout and caulking, the owner will seal the grout. Please advise me on labor costs, as I can add material later. thank you very much, Dave.
